Pocket aces & kings dont count. Whats YOUR hand tha you have made the most money on and lost the absolute least.

Two years ago I started off the year with "a hand". See this was going to be my "hand" for the year. The one hand That I would play in a certain position, in the right lineup at the right time. This was the hand to be "different" from normal with. Naturally I picked
72 suited. I went the entire year meeting the above circumstances 9 times. I went a perfect 9-0! The worst hand I made was two pair. Quads once and a bunch a boats. I recently have done it again. Even in a tournament. I am a perfect 12-0 in cash games from yesterdays 2+2 private Party poker game where I ran the table away shaking in their boots as I drug a pot worth $1.50. to 9-18 where I cracked the pocket kings for 200+ This is the highest +EV
hand there is. period. Whats your "hand"?

I have nearly 48,000 hands in my Poker Tracker database now. Roughly speaking each unsuited hand I have had about 500x, suited hands 120x and pairs 210x.

My top 10 are as follows:

<ul type="square"> Hand/ Win%/ Avg BB/Hand\

AA/ 79.6/ 2.6
KK/ 68.5/ 1.6
QQ/ 63.7/ 1.4
JJ/ 60.9/ 1.1
AKs/ 62.9/ 0.9
AQs/ 55.3/ 0.8
T8s/ 30.9/ 0.6 A surprising one
TT/ 55.2/ 0.6
AKo/ 56.9/ 0.5
55/ 27.6/ 0.5

My worst

98s/ 21.1/ -0.5/
J9s/ 26.0/ -0.2/
87s/ 19.6/ -0.2/ [/list]

For what it's worth

PS - How can you make a list line up properly?

53s. I'll never forget the family pot I was in, capped preflop (I was seriously trapped in one bet at a time)...

the 's' above stands for 'spades' not 'suited'. Flop came K42, with the 4s and 2s. KK, 44, AA, and AQs all thought they had a hand. Turn was an offsuit 6, giving me the nuts, and the river was the 6s, giving me a straight flush against two full houses, the nut flush, and Aces up.

Big pot. Since then, I've played 53s semi-occasionally, and have had remarkable 'luck' with it. Of course, when you have a tight image, and choose to play any one hand a week like the nuts, you have a good chance of winning uncontested.

T8s makes the top, J9s makes the bottom. either you love top pair 9 kicker or this is very much proof that even in 50,000 hands, there will be statistical aberrations. I'm going for the latter.

The long run certainly is long.

Yeah, I thought that was interesting too, and you might be right.

It may be an abberation or it may also be the T8s is easier for me to get away from then J9s. I haven't looked at the hands in detail, but I will.
