Lucid learning Series

Anyone else check out the Lucid learning CDs offered in the poker mags- they recently dropped to 14.95 per CD. I got 2 of them - Jungle Cat poker and Poker Supercharger.


Weird. Kind of hypnotic. 3 voices speaking over each other telling me that I am a jungle cat and I will destroy the game. Haven't really taken it seriously so don't know if it will help me at all.

Anyone heard anything about this new book, Know when to Hold em and Know When to Fold em by the super genius?

In Jungle Cat, do the voices tell you to see a big cat in front of you then tell you to step into it, seeing your opponents from the cat's point of view? Just curious as I am familiar with the same visualization technique as applied to sales and therapy.

No, they just say, "you are a jungle cat. Other players respect you. You're good enough, you're smart enough, and doggone it, people like you."

Sounds like this series is really just a confidence builder and doesn't do much in terms of your knowledge of poker.
