What are the methods that a pro uses for table selection (B&M, *not* on-line)? I understand that a loose-passive table is ideal, but how many of these are there to be had at the higher levels?
Also, if you are in a game full of solid players do you ask to be moved to another table? Do you walk around and scout out the other tables? Is table hopping in a B&M bad etiquette?
I think that i am undervaluing table selection and I want to improve this part of my game in my next outing. A pointer to a good table selection article/essay would be much appreciated as well. Thanks in advance!!
