Guys, here's some poker book trivia for you. I'm looking for a certain book (I thought it was by 2+2, but now I'm not sure) that has a part in it explaining the principals of combinations as they relate to hold'em. For example, this part of the book discusses why there are 6 ways to make a combination of AA and shows how taking an ace out reduces this to 3, and so on....
Does anyone know which book I'm talking about? I was trying to find it for a friend and it is driving me CRAZY!!!!!!
