PokerFarce and PokerTruth

I just started reading this book. I bought it mostly for enjoyment. I read to page 24, and instead of 25, next comes 41 to 56 and then 41 again. It's obvious some sort of mistake. I was really just posting this thread so the people at 2 + 2 can make the correction. If they can do anything to fix the problem, i sure would like another copy.

As for the problem, we believe that we have it corrected in that we don't use that bindery anymore. Since we have made the switch we have not seen any new problems. Fortunately, this problem only occurred in a small number of books.
