About Play Poker, Quit Work... by John Fox

I have two questions regarding this very fascinating book... 1) Does anyone know what the 'old reliable' bluffing tell is?, and 2) Is Wild Mike (aka 'The obscure pornographer', p 341) the same guy as Crazy Mike the Mad Genius?

Was that the one you could send away for? I tried in the late 80s and the Seal Beach address was no longer valid. I still don't know what the tell is, and am still steamed about it.

It's supposed to be, yes. Most of the stories, MC once told me, were just made up though.
