I just started playing stud hi-lo 8 or better and I'm wondering how much literature there is out there concerning this game. Anyone?

Ray Zee's Omaha hi/lo book is actually two books in one. The first half is stud/8, the second half is Omaha/8. And both halves are very good. Other than Zee's book, you won't find much out there. But then again, there's not much to add to Zee's book. Stud/8 is fairly straightforward. It's a game designed to bust the suckers.

Definitely Ray Zees book. Stud 8 is my best game, and there aren't that many tricks that this book doesn't cover. The Omaha 8 section is also very good, and should teach you how to beat a small game in about 10 minutes.

I think there is "championship stud", which has a section on razz, stud and stud hi/lo. I found myself disaggreeing w/alot of the info in the stud hi/lo parts but it did give me somethings to think about. SOme of it is OK, though. I thought the razz section was good though short.

I heard Nelson wrote something on hi/lo also but i haven't seen it.
