SB checks, I bet, LAG raises, SB calls two, I three-bet(?), LAG caps, SB calls two again.

Turn is 3 /images/graemlins/spade.gif (2 /images/graemlins/club.gif3 /images/graemlins/club.gif7 /images/graemlins/spade.gif)

Now SB bets, I call(?), LAG calls.

The river is K /images/graemlins/heart.gif (3 /images/graemlins/spade.gif 2 /images/graemlins/club.gif3 /images/graemlins/club.gif7 /images/graemlins/spade.gif)
SB bets and I fold(?).

Is this a weak fold on the river?

Definitely call, especially since the k means you are chopping with all sevens except k7 and a7. IMO you played the hand fine up until the river.
