8/29 $300+20 - Party Poker Tourney - frustrating!

did anyone else get caught up in the little detail Party left out of the $100K guarantee tourney tonight?
they forgot to tell their more than 10,000 members that the tourney was only limited to 1200 people - so a lot of players got left out - I think they were slammed with complaints because shortly after another 42 registrants got in - not sure how
but a lot of people didn't, including me - very frustrating.
Anyone up for a "minor" hold out on Party?
Maybe they would give better details and be more prepared for the mass of people they are trying to cater to?
They are the biggest now and maybe not prepared?
Any ideas/suggestions? /images/graemlins/confused.gif

This was completely expected, sad to say that they have no clue, pokerstars is getting to reap the benefits from it though, they are getting more and more displeased party players.

I guess 1400 maybe 1500 players would have played if it stayed open, on the bright side (for me) is that the best players often sign up late /images/graemlins/smile.gif

Also, if you were persistent you could prolly have been in, 42 were ...

They kept telling me I would be able to rgeister, but of course i couldn't. I was quite pissed that they kept telling me I would be able to register but I never could ... I guess now I'm not quite as upset as the site is down and I went on a 10 min run before site went down and won about $500 ... I guess I'm now $820 richer /images/graemlins/smile.gif
