Read or heard this somewhere the other day. Due to a more or less deflationary environment for IT products, the capacity if you will being purchased is substantial but for a lot less $. Therefore business IT spending is actually more robust than what it might appear to be. The often mentioned productivy rate would seem to confirm this.
