Intertops cashout policy-email notice

I received this today, did anyone else? wtf are they talking about?


Dear Sir,

I write to advise you of some new developments which directly impact on
the
Neteller Payment out process. Emanating from recent strategic review
of our
systems and processes, a decision was made to revise our payments
policy.
What obtained previously was that you were entitled to one free
Neteller
payment out per week with a $10 fee for any additional requests within
that
same timeframe.

The policy has been revised to reflect two (2) free payments in 28
days or
1 free payment every 14 days. Any additional request within the
stipulated
timeframe will be subject to a $15 fee.

A new feature of the policy is the institution of payment limits as
follows:

USD 5,000.00 per day
USD 15,000.00 per 28 days

Another new feature, is our commitment to processing your request
within
24 hours (this was posted as within 48 hours previously) or responding
to
you within 24 hours with an explanation as to why your payment was not
processed.

While the changes have already been effected on the website, I wanted
to
take the opportunity to alert you and also to advise that these
changes
will take immediate effect on September 1, 2003. Please do not
hesitate
to contact me directly using this email address or
winnings@intertops.com
if you have any concerns or queries, I will be very happy to respond to
you.

The content isn't that strange, is it? We got a better deal for cashing out to Neteller from Intertops.

To my understanding, if you cashout more than once a week or twice per month, they'll throw a $15 fee on it. The way this email is written makes it hard for me to decipher exactly what she's saying.

I just edited out the quoted part from my message after rereading the mail again (edited: but you got there seconds before me). The only better thing is 24 instead of 48 hours processing, but that seems to be at their will anyway.

I got the email and didn't know I had to pay for certain cashouts. I am done with Intertops.

Left 50 cents there but I won't be back for it---not ever.

One of their representatives called me the other day wanting some information about my account. HA! I was not very polite. Told him how dissatisfied I was from treatment at the site.

He said they would send me an e-mail, but of course they never did. Ah yes---Intertops---now I remember. /images/graemlins/mad.gif

This line says it all. Why not just write that you can have 2 free cashouts within any 28 day period? Does what they have written mean I can have cashouts on consecutive days without a charge but if I make a third cashout before 28 days has past from the first cashout I'm hit for $15?

After all that has been said on this forum I am SO glad I decided not to put an money into Intertops.

I just cashed out from Intertops with IGM pay. IGM goes directly to your bank account; it's not super fast, but takes about as long as it does to cashout from a normal site to neteller and then cashout from there to your bank account. And it's much faster than screwing around with the Intertops sportsbook.

BTW, in case anyone missed the earlier thread, for the rest of August there's a 20% up to $100 reload bonus at Party with the code IGMPAY if you deposit via IGM... and no, I'm not spamming for them.
