I see several people have posted results of their play, indicating things such as % flops seen, % showdowns won, things like this.

Am I just really lazy that I don't write this down, or is there some program that can rip the data "in transit" from partypoker or wherever, and automatically tabulate how often I complete my Small-blind, etc?

www.pokertracker.com (http://www.pokertracker.com) You can load 1000 hands for free to see if you find the software helpful, which I suspect you may.

You can also get some session staistics (percentages of flops, showdowns won and a couple other things) by clicking (I believe its a right click but am at work /images/graemlins/frown.gif) on your player icon.

In Partypoker, if you right click your player icon, it'll give you an option to "show statistics." Those statistics include the ones you mention and a few more, although only for your current session.
