How do you counter The Gap?
I have my own tricks, but I'd like to hear some ideas.
In limit, Gap players open with crappier hands earlier. This can be exploited by three betting behind them with a wider range of hands.
In no-limit, I like making a huge raise in the BB versus a screamingly obvious Gap Raise, but you really have to pick your spot.
