Flop is Q62 rainbow. OK. I don't believe anyone will allow me to check raise so I bet out. Turn is a blank. I bet the turn. River is a 5. I bet the 5 and am called down by 1 player who turns over two pairs (66 55)!

BTW, on a board like Q62r, there's a good chance that someone calling a flop bet has a Queen. Consider checkraising the turn.

You should realize that this is an absolutley routine part of the game.

Would you rather not have your opponent call you with 65 when you raise with KK?

Would you have folded 65 at any point after the flop? His flop call is certainly correct, and his turn call probably was also. Did the 'blank' on the turn give him a gutshot straight draw also? Even if it didn't he only needed 2 other callers on the flop to make calling the turn with a 5 outer correct.
