This has always bugged me. In all other limits like 15/30, 30/60, etc., the blind structure is 2 chip/3 chip. Why is it that at 3/6 it's 1/3?

My guess would be that its bigger in the higher limit (and presumably tighter) games to create more action. The SB in particular is much more likely to defend, in addition to slightly better pot odds for the non-blinds.

I guess it is the "3-6 and 6-12 games are loose enough" logic...
