Do I bet or Check?

I would think checking is the best option. I think the only way someone would call my bet is if I were beat. Thoughts?

Check, you will only get called by better hands. After no action on flop and turn even 9 2 from big blind is going to call you.

You should check the river and expect to win. Though you probably should have bet either the flop or turn.
