3/6 online, full table.

I just sat down and in the 6/7 hands that've past the same
guy has made it two bets preflop. He definitily shows maniac
tendencies. Let's just call him a maniac.

I'm in the sb with A/images/graemlins/diamond.gifA/images/graemlins/club.gif.
EP raises, maniac re-raises from MP, folded to me and I cap
it. They both call.

Flop comes 8/images/graemlins/heart.gif,2/images/graemlins/spade.gif,T/images/graemlins/club.gif
I bet, ep folds, maniac raises, I re-raise, he caps.

Turn is 3/images/graemlins/spade.gif
I bet, he calls.

River the T/images/graemlins/diamond.gif
I bet, maniac raises, what do I do?

All comments appreciated.

Just call. It is impossible to put a true maniac on a hand and just because he is playing loose and agressive does not mean he has a hand here. Even the most ‘manical’ maniacs will probably not raise the turn without some sort of hand.

I would call. If you raise you're basically stating that you don't believe he'll have a T more than 1/3 of the time. Also, since this guy slowed down on the turn, I wouldn't be labeling him a maniac yet.

Thanks for the comments, I just called for the same reasons
mentioned in the replies. The "maniac" showed 87 for a pair
of 8's and I took it down.

I would have put the maniac on a high pair (JJ,QQ,KK) Either way you win if you reraise on the river.
