4/8 Hold'em. Loadmouth Jerk has been running his mouth non-stop trying to intimidate/annoy the other players. On the flop;
Loudmouth Jerk: "What's the most I can bet?"
Dealer: "$4"
Loudmouth Jerk: "What's the least I can bet?"
Dealer: "$4"
Loudmouth Jerk: "Can I bet all my chips?"
Dealer: "Yes you can but the other players only have to call $4."
