They are worth the money. If you do a search on eBay, you'll find plenty of cards available at below-retail prices. There is one seller (ruthrat, I believe) representing a California casino that really has a good deal (mildly used boxes (two decks per box) for significantly less than what a box would cost new. I bought mine from that seller almost a year ago and they're still going strong. The only problem with them is that they have the boring back pattern. If that doesn't matter to you, then go for it. If it does, there are other sellers who have new and used decks for sale.

If you want to get what casinos typically use, get the bridge size (go figure) with standard index.

I just got 8 decks from her, for a pretty good price.

You're happy with them? The quality was good?

Yes, I put my first deck of Kem's into play this weekend.

And this is what happened:
Beer spilt on two cards - player says, "Oh $hti"
I say, "no worries" scooped up the cards, washed them, toweled them off and they were back in play.

eBay is where to get them cheap.

Yup. They arrived quickly and we've used the decks for over a year in a home game and they're good as new. The only thing I don't like is that the deck colors are very close to each other, which sometimes gets confusing when we play with one deck and shuffle the other.

Cool. I'm a straight shot down the I-5 from her in Socal, and she sent them today so i'll have them in a day or so.

I got green and brown decks, so hopefully I won't have that confusion.

I'm sorry, but what exactly are KEM Cards? Thanks for helping me out.

I just got them, they are soooooooo nice. basically they are plastic, but not in the sense that you would think. they are washable and will last much much longer that any other type of card.

Got them. In perfect shape.

Top notch seller, everyone should look for her on eBay.
