This story was the news today in Colorado in "Amarillo Slim's Poker Parlor" (the so-named poker room at the Mountain High casino).

A Randall County grand jury indicted legendary poker player Amarillo Slim Preston in connection with allegations he inappropriately touched a child. (http://www.amarillonet.com/stories/080903/new_randallindicts.shtml)
