About 25 hands into Paradise single table $20.00 tournament. I am chip leader with $1830 and am in the BB. Mp raises to $100.00 SB calls and I raise to $400.00 with QQ. Flop is 4h Kd 9h. SB bets $800.00 and I fold as does the MP. The blinds at the time were 15/30. My reason for folding was I had to assume the SB put me on a premium hand and would not have bet into me unless he had at least Kings. He was in 3rd chip position and I don't think he would have bet 2/3s of his chips uless he had at least a pair of kings. Did I make the correct move in laying down the hand or should I have called???

Let's see. Preflop, he raised, you reraised, he called. Now he bets the pot on a board that has an overcard to your pair. Sure, there's a possibility he's trying to push you around with something like A /images/graemlins/heart.gif J /images/graemlins/heart.gif, but it's more reasonable to think he has a K. It's early and you still have a lot of chips. Fold.

It would be a terrible call, he has a K or AA most of the time here.
