Where can I find heads-up probabilities?

I notice that people will mention "You are a 7:5 dog" with that holding vs. their holding: Where can you find these probabilities of hand vs. hand? I notice they are always doing this on Travel Channel and ESPN as well --- the probability that the given hand will beat the other one.
