Once upon a time a fifty two card deck actually had 20 big cards and 32 little cards. For some unknown reason the big cards seem to be on strike. Occasionally one or two will show up and there's a party. "Chips for everyone yells the SPM!" and like starving children from a third world country they come running. It sounds like a pool party with all the chips splashing around but in the end the SPM realizes to late, he doesn't know how to swim and it's a funeral for his army of chips.

However, what the winners failed to realize was those chips were actually on a secret reconnaissance mission. As each Chipster was sent into battle the SPM whispered to them, "seek out the enemy and bring back Intel." Four stacks of Chipsters became spies around the battlefield and the enemy never knew they were being watched by highly trained secret operatives.

When the time was right the SPM gave the secret sign and they all came running back, well almost all of them. It seems the enemy had some of them brainwashed. "Never fear we will get them back" said the SPM to his slightly dented army. "But, first you must all go under cover again!" and so three brave stacks of Chipsters crossed the battlefield and reconed some more, finally they all returned. At the debriefing the Chipsters all agreed the SPM was out gunned and should consider stepping down into a less serious battlefield.

So the SPM sent three stacks of Chipsters on some needed RR to Pocketful of Dreams. The rest walked five or six steps to the Hold'em Wars at the 4/8 Hold'em Slot game. Yes, I said Hold'em Slots, it was simply amazing everybody puts in four white chips the dealer pulls the Slot handle and the tumblers tumble and three cards come up like magic. Again all player put in four white chips the dealer pulls the Slot handle and like magic another card appears. I think you got the picture. Nine and one half hours later the SPM and all his Chipsters went home. They had 18, yes 18 new friends, "better keep that day job" one of the Chipsters said, as cashier converted the army into folding stuff.

SPM,... play long and prosper...
