I had won a seat in the points HU/NL semifinal today at pokerstars. The tourney started but some technical difficulty halted it all .

So they said we have to play it tomorrow, but that they on top of that would give us our 1200 points back, making tomorrows tourney a freeroll.

Now there were 250 players+ and I think the points are worth 15$/1000 points, so they spend about 5 000$ to keep their customers happy.

Very impressive but I'm not at all surprised.
Its amazing what some good customer service can mean to a site. I used to play alot at paradise but after some bad customer service i hardly play there anymore. I play at Stars more than Paradise in part for reasons like this.
