Do I make a river bet here with a flush and straight possible? I wasn't afraid of the flush because he would of raised me on the turn.

I'm a little confused about the action here (what's the "BB checks, I check" referring to?), but to answer your question - I'd bet this river, oh, about 100% of the time.
