Read West's book first.
Theory of Poker second.

Some more info:

"Seven Card Stud for Advanced Players" is geared for the $15-30 limits with additional comments where they apply for higher limits

As a newbe I would agree these are 3 great books. Even Seven Card Stud for Advanced Players was a very informative read.

I would also suggest " The Psychology of Poker" By Schoonmaker. This book will give a good foundation on how to play various types of players.

When I started playing Texas Hold'em I read HEFAP and theory of poker. I found both to be very useful and a good read so I'll definitely look at those you suggest.
