i have to say this appears to be an al-kida front group. they even mention the constitution! (fbi memos circulated in phoenix AZ claim that mentioning the US constitution is highly indicitive of terrorists leanings)

let us hope they are shut down soon and 'disappeared', for everyones good. below a few excerpts of the evil.

Although the Sixth Amendment to the Constitution clearly requires that such questioning be permitted, the prosecution has stated that it will not comply with a court order giving Moussaoui access to question bin al-Shibh via videoconference.

Given the prosecution's recalcitrance, the district court presiding over the Moussaoui case may be forced to dismiss the indictment. This may be all that the government needs to transfer his case to a military commission.

Simply, because they knew that if they did not plead guilty, and if the government's case ran into trouble (as it seemed it would), the prosecutors would do as the prosecutors in the Zacarias Moussaoui case may do; ask President Bush to declare the men enemy combatants, and remand them to a military jail somewhere where they can, under current court decisions, stay for the rest of their lives--without being charged or tried.
