why is it that PP allows deposit via firepay but not withdrawal? I have a similar problem as the OP, but firepay wont do me any good if I cant withdraw should I happen to have winnings one day.

fwiw, I think if you get ANY $$ on PP and then cash out to your neteller account, it all of a sudden becomes usable. I wasn't able to deposit with my neteller account, but I cashed out to it, and now I can deposit from it if I want to.

Oh no, you were quite clear. I was just saying that you might easily be able to get around the "I can't use neteller" problem in the future. Anyway, glad it worked out.
