I suck at getting to sleep sometimes. Anyone have any better methods besides counting sheeep?

Poor sleeping can be caused by so many different things, it's pretty hard to suggest things without hearing about your habits.

In general, try to exercise more, don't eat large meals or drink large quantities of alcohol prior to going to bed. Also, consider buying some Melatonin supplements. This is the same stuff your body produces to make you sleepy.

Melatonin supplements

I worry about this stuff because I'm afraid that if I use it for a while I wont be able to sleep without it.

Give yourself the stranger and beat off vigorously. Then smoke a cigarette and fall asleep.

I suck at giving myself the stranger too. Any advise there?
