Couple questions about odds to flop made hands or 8+out draws

I know I've seen a chart before that has what I'm looking for, unfortunately I don't know what book to look in and I've loaned a few out so I may not even have it.
What I'm trying to find out is the odds in a couple situations. Anyone that can tell me the answer or just point me in the direction to do the math myself.
Preflop with 2 connectors what is the chance I flop an open ended straight draw/double gutshot? How about with one gappers? And with two gappers?
