This was the 4th hand out of the first 16 that villain raised pre-flop. On two other hands, he limped and then called substantial (5BB) raises. The only hand shown down was this gem in which he did the following pre-flop with KQo:

Put him on a hand range. He's not folding. You can answer your own question.
