Are celebrities hotter than non-celebrities?

I think I have seen more strikingly sexy/beautiful women on the streets, in discos, restaurants, than I see on TV/movies/Magazines. Not easy to compare to well-known people, obviously.

Just curious if you think the famous women represent the hottest or not?

With the exception of Drew Barrymore, I think movie stars are probably better looking. The only star I've seen up close is Andie MacDowell. As far as movie stars go she is not that hot. But in person she is definitely smokin'. way more than your average no name pretty girl.

What I can't get past is the whole Billy Bob thing. She went public w/ their kinks, most of which I am fine with. The S&M is one thing, but wearing around vials of each other's blood and talking all the crazy stuff she did is a major turn off. I can't get past it. As far as looks alone tho, I think she is alright.

Ok I will watch Monsters Ball. I have heard that from other people how the movie is a must see because of her. I haven't seen it before because it looks like a sad chick flick and I'm not much of a Halle Berry fan. I know others think she is the bomb, but....

Gwyneth and Kate are beautiful, but arguably overrated.

I think Christina, while skanky, is still pretty hot. But probably overrated.

The rest are clearly way overrated.

Now take a good look at Anna K. I mean a really good look. Now look at Halle Berry. Anna has a smoking body...for a professional athlete. She's toned (obviously), but, compared to a body for a body's sake, it aint all that, and it aint a bag of chips. You can find similarly toned and bodies every day at club one working out, but I wouldn't put them up in the ultra hot category. Now look at the face again. If she wasn't a professional athlete, and compared to people like martina navratalova and ai sugiyama, do you think she'd even get the time of day from the fashion world? remember, the tennis world that she inhabits is the same one that gave us Gabriela Sabatini as ultra smokin. not exactly high standards.

So, last night I come home and Crossroads is playing on cable. I watch for a few minutes and can't help but fixate on the distance between Britney's eyes. I'm not sure if it bothers me or not yet, but it's disturbing that I'm focusing on her eyes instead of her rack.
