I want to find more music I will like. Right now my mp3 player has pretty much most songs from:

Tool, Radiohead, Perfect Circle, Rage against the Machine, Sublime, System of a Down.

Give me some more good stuff, or tell me the obvious ones I'm forgetting. Yeah, and I know about pandora. I'm going to go try that too, but I also want to hear some opinions from real people.

Because I'm not a fan of cry baby teen angst garbage?

If every single member of those bands weren't the absolute biggest weiners it *might* be listenable but...nope...weiners, go get picked on at school some more and cry about it 10 years later.

Long Beach Dub All-Stars is a good choice if you want to follow some of the Sublime cast after Brad died.

You like Prog / Prog Metal. Explore the genre. I'll second the reccommendations for Coheed and Cambria and the Mars Volta, as well as suggest Pain of Salvation, Dream Theater, Event, Ayreon, and Opeth.

H.I.M. and CKY are two fantastic bands who are worthy of a listen, if you don't know them already.
