View Full Version : You have $7.50 to spend on fast food items, whats your menu?

IndieMatty

Best answer receives $7.50.

Edit: To clarify. The $7.50 can span multiple menus. Example, double cheesy from mcdonalds + nachos supreme from taco bell + 6 inch quizno sandwhich. etc.

19 - 39cent bean burritos (no onions, extra cheese(free), and whatever they call the supah hawt sauce) from Taco Bueno. This is just about the cheapest edible food you will ever find, next to ramen noodles. This place was my best friend when I moved out of mommy and daddy's home and figured out quite suddenly that things cost money, and I had none.

Leave 9c as a tip. Drink water.

EDIT:
hmmm....I forgot about that whole space-time continuum. This was over 15 years ago. Dunno if they even still exist, and seriously doubt they sell them for .39c anymore.

Apparently, the ability to do simple math shuts down upon entering OOT.

Not that I disagree with the decisions ... but $8 > $7.50, so no shipping it.

My order would be: KFC Tender Roast Sandwich (~$3?), large McDonalds fries (~$1.50?) and a Wendy's Frosty (have no idea what this costs, haven't had one in ages, but I know they rule). Whatever money I have left over goes toward soft tacos at Taco Bell.

There are no In-N-Out's or Chipotle's anywhere near me. There is a Chick-Fil-A, but I am apparently the only person on the planet who prefers KFC.

*I'm not certain this is the price, but it seems right. Total comes in at $7.43. I think this is the most varied amount of pretty decent food you can get for under $7.50, and I included tax....roughly.

All, I like where you are going here. I give the early nod for coming the closest to Soul Daddy. There is a correct answer actually. And so far no one has hit it on the head.

I have to say the most inventive and original is the Pizza Hut Lunch Buffet. The only thing with that is, you can't take out/drive thru it.

The most pretentious is KKF's. Blah blah, thailand food, fat americans, cheap healthy eats, we get the point!

The most filling might be Shajens. Not a nugget fan though.

your selection looks a lot like mine....minus the water part.

I'd rather suck it up and get a $1 drink than drink water with my meal....good choices though.

1 biggie fries from wendys 2$?
2 double white castles 1.60$
1 super big gulp 99c
4 Jack in the box Tacos 2$

1.50 to spend on coke/whores.

Am I the only one here that prefers water to soda? Especially with greesy food?

I like to chug a bunch after, but I have to have a soda with the meal.

Not sure on specifics, but multiple Chalupas would be involved.

For the record I have never eaten White Castle, but it seems like the bomb.

All I drink now is water and soda. I'm in on the OOT fit club. Determination is the key. Just have to do cardio, cardio, and more f'ng cardio. I bet if I could kill my Dr. Pepper habbit, I would prob easily drop off 10lbs.

Hrm, this is an interesting question. I don't really pay attention to what stuff I eat costs because I really only spend money on food and drink anyway.

$7.50 is a pretty decent amount for fast food. I first want to state that if spending under $7.50 was my only goal I would go to this new little italian place, Picolo, over on the UofM campus and have their Sausage and Pepper sandwhich, a cup of soup, a cookie and a Diet Coke for about $6.50.

Fast food I will guess at prices:

Rodeo Cheeseburger from BK, $1? I don't know if they technically sell these anymore but I've never been turned down.

Big Gulp Dt. Coke $1 from any decent gas station. That leaves me with about $5.50.

Nachos Supreme -TB, $1.40
Ch. Chip cookies McD <$1
Steak Quessadilla -TB $2.09
I guess that leaves me about $1.
Is there enough left to get a small Frosty to go with my cookies?
