Simple preflop question KQo.

2/4 party. You are on CO with KQo, MP3 with 24/6/0.7 raises first in. Blinds are moderate - 20/6 or something about it. You would fold or reraise? (poll included - opinions welcomed)

6 pfr is too low for him to be raising position. Such a high chance we are dominated here.

I'd fold with nothing other than these numbers...6% isn't very high. I'd like to know how many hands you have on this guy. I also have PA HUD show me percent attempted blind steal. If that number were disproportionately high, I might raise instead.
