No real read on the villain, though on the first hand he led out vs a field of limpers on a A83r board and folded to heavy action. Can I call here?

when you call on the flop, what's the reason?

Trying to keep the pot small in position ... I rarely raise in this spot as a big spade is then free to jam on me. Are you thinking raise/fold, raise/call or just jam?

i call the turn.. but i think i'd have raised/called a push, on the flop.

Why do you want to force the action on the flop when you are a dog to two big cards with a spade?
