Was 3XBB enough of a raise?
Once reraised, what should I do?

Ridiculously easy fold. But you might wanna try limping preflop in the future.

I don't even think that the 3X BB raise was a big mistake, if even a mistake at all. Some people do prefer to limp with this hand though. A re-raise pf at these levels signals real strength most likely a high PP. As the posters have said before this is an easy laydown.
