On the flop I might just consider folding this. By raising off the flop, you put a large portion of your stack at risk while the blinds are relatively low and when you cannot be sure if you have the best hand, not to mention Hero is OOP.

Given MP1 actions, I would have to put him either on some sort of draw, so I think this bet is correct.

On the river you've put too much in the pot to be folding now, you're given more than 1:5 odds on calling. I'd call, but I wouldn't be surprised to see 86 or some trash.

Cards and betting as it went, I don't mind:

betting out the flop
check-raising the flop, slowing way down if check-raise is called
check-call-lead out on the turn

But, check-raise and then leading out after being called seems overly aggressive to me.
