I bet, preflop raiser comes alive and raises, button cold calls 2 bets, I reraise, preflop raiser calls, button calls.

So, who won? Should I have played any of the streets differently?

You won, and you played it as well as you could have.

You won. Pre-flop raiser had A-Ko for 2 pair and Button had A-xo for pair.

Raiser might have had bullets. He raised pre-flop, and called you after that because he was sitting on such a monster, he wanted to keep more people in and the bet it up on the river. He was affraid any more raisers would either scare everyone out or isolate a calling station and he'd only be able to squeeze 2 more big bets out.

Preflop raiser turned over KK, for trip Kings, button mucked.

I have no idea why he didn't reraise on the river.
