Only in New Mexico. Thoughts?

No wonder our state has repeat offender drunk drivers still driving with valid licenses. Our judges are completely backwards.

New Mexico is hilarious.

There's some quality rich tail if you know where to look, though. And some great food. But the politics? Please.

Apparently the coded messages aren't effective outside a three yard range.

Had a local judge hear a case about a drunk driving stripper. Stripper's defense: "I had on stilettoes, and it would have been too painful to walk home." (Wonder if she uses them to dial for a cab as well.) Judge: "I used to 'dance' back in my day, and I know what you mean. Case dismissed."

Our judges in this state are beyond any sense of reality. Just glad to see it in the national spotlight.

I am guessing that all requests for temporary restraining orders are granted until a hearing can be had to determine if it shoudl be made permanant.
