My first email to them (12/12):
[ QUOTE ]
Hi, please allow me to play 4 tables at a time, to clear this bonus faster. Thank you

[/ QUOTE ]
Their first response:

At this moment your table limit cannot be increased.
In order to proceed with this upgrade we need to review the minimum account standards to increase the table number.
Several different factors are taken into consideration such as time spent at the table, the age of the account, raked hands played, deposit history, etc.
We will gladly review your account again after a short period of time.
Please let us know if you have any further questions.

My second email (12/21) after withdrawing my entire balance:
[ QUOTE ]
Can you increase my table limit to 6 please? I'm not going to deposit any more money there unless you do.

[/ QUOTE ]
Their response:

Your account has been upgraded and now you are able to play at 5 tables at the same time.

Please let us know if we can further assist you.

Hope this helps some of you. /images/graemlins/grin.gif

They let you play more tables if you ask? I might have to go play there again... Are there actually 5 tables at many limits? :]

Before I read your post, I emailed UB too asking why they do not allow more than 3-tabling and if they could change that rule for the next update.

And my limit was upgraded to 5 tables... Good news for my rakeback :-) No need to threaten them like the first poster. I was very pollite and they upgraded me to 5 tables in a couple of hours.

I tried this route before. I first got a reply that they could increase me to 4 tables, saying that all I needed to do was confirm this is what I wanted.

I emailed them back confirming I wanted it, to which I got a "my bad" email back saying that it can't be done. This was a couple months ago and I haven't played there since. It's wartime now bitches!

Yeah I got the same when I tried before. First they said you must hav an account for 3 months, then after I'd waited that long they said not possible.

I would guess that they have playing requirements for it, though they're not telling us...

It worked!

Dear Philip,

In the meantime the number of simultaneous tables you can play at has been
raised to 4. Please keep playing normally and that limit can be re-raised in 30
days.

2 days after signing up for UB, I sent them a polite email telling them that I usually play 4 tables, and that I would rather play at a 4th table on their site, rather than opening another table on another site, and asking if there was any way to get my max tables increased...

They immediately upgraded me to 4 tables!

I sent them a polite email this morning, and have already had my table limit increased. I just mentioned that I have seen others' table limits increased, and I was wondering if they could do the same for me?

Within an hour and a half, they had increased my own table limits.

I emailed them a couple weeks ago bitching that it was impossible for me to even compete in the stupid plasma tv giveaway playing only 3 tables.

it took them a couple days, but they finally responded and now I can play 4.
(i'm not even trying for the plasma, i just used that so they wouldn't say no)

Member Services,
I recently upgraded my monitor so I could handle four tables with no overlap,
only to learn that three is the max one can play. Can you please allow me to
add one more table to that? Thanks for your help.

I don't play as many hands as most of you, maybe 10k/month. Then they give me the extra table that I didn't need/ask for. I have been very happy with UB's customer service.

12-23-2005, 05:59 PM
I also emailed was upgraded to 4 tables. I have played a only a small portion there clearing maybe $100 of bonus cash so far.

The UB bonuses seem to clear so slow, even playing 5 tables of 10/20-ish.
When they gave me the extra tables they included a comment in the email something like "Please do not slow down the games. If we hear any complaints from other players we will remove the additional tables."
I replied that I wouldn't slow down the games if the other players promised to stop sucking out. They didn't reply.

Is this possible on paradise?

Holy crap! I pretty much stopped playing there precisely because only three tables was so brutal (I have an older PC and opening multiple sites at the same time doesn't always work out so well).

Thanks guys, I'll give it a whirl, too!

My first email to them

I usually play 6 tables of poker at a time and recently found out that you sometimes allow more than my current 3 table limit. I was considering taking all my play to UB and being able to play more tables there would help.
