Someone is given no money, and 7 days worth of connecting economy plain tickets, a combination of many long flights overseas and back. He can only eat food provided by the airplane. If he misses a flight (except for missing a flight due to his last flight coming in late) then he losses.

Do you think you could make it? And what is the minimum you would want to get for doing it?

It would be easy. each flight, I would beg, borrow and steal extra food from other passengers and the flight attendants. Every international flight has at least one meal and as long as you stayed hydrated it would be easily doable.

Make it US domestic flights where no food is served in coach and then it would become interesting.

I would do it just to loose the weight I've already gained this holiday.

Better not take southwest.

Are you volunteering to finance this?

A magazine just paid someone to do this for 14 days. He wasn't allowed to leave the airplane or airport terminal during this 14 day period, and only ate airport food (a lot of food reviews). It made for an interesting (if not boring) story.

The writers name is Gregg, I know him personally. I'll ask his girlfriend today where the story was released and post it later today.

i would do this just for the frequent flyer miles.

I am very confident that i could accomplish this,
and actually i think it would be an easy bet because
a lot of people wouldnt think you could do it, but really
i dont think it would be that hard.

How do you get into the cushy world of magazine writing/publishing? I can send you some business writing samples.
