my playbook reads:
fold preflop, if i'm feeling lag then at least make it a standard raise; cbet flop, check/fold turn and river unimproved vs passive villain. I like to get two value bets in with TPTK, closer to one bet with TPNK. I might value bet the river after check/check the turn.
