any better line i could have taken here?

Against an aggressive player, with nothing more than the flush draw (i.e. no overcards or straight draws) I'd probably just call the flop bet, assuming he'll pay off when you make your flush. If he comes out strong again on the turn, fold unless the odds+implied are good.

Call the flop. Take the odds he is giving you and stack him when you hit the flush. If you miss and he fires big on the turn, just fold. You don't need to see the river with every draw.
