43-28-2 ytd

San Diego -3 -110 (betcris)
This line seems very low, I think it'll move. This San Diego team is 7-1-0 ATS, including a perfect 4-0 ATS at home. They're coming off a big win over Loyola-Chicago, and they take on a New Mexico team that's only played 2 true road games and hasn't covered either of them (they did cover against Washington on a neutral court). One key stat here: San Diego is holding opponents to 28.7% on 3 pt shooting - and 40.2% of New Mexico's shots are 3s (compare this to 32.6% NCAA average). San Diego has been outperforming preseason expectations, and I don't think oddsmakers have caught up yet. I would grab the -3 now if you like this game.

I dont see any reason to jump off the money train quite yet.. roll on!!

--- Sidenote, I think I need to bankroll with betcris, you almost always find a better early line then I end up with..

GL!

BTW Olympic has this line too. Cris is good for early college basketball lines, no reduced vig though. Between Cris and Pinnacle you can get most any opener, Olympic is also good for quick halftime lines.

Montana +3.5 -109 (skybook)
A great line, getting a good amount of points with the better team. Montana has demonstrated the ability to win on the road, and has two straight up road wins as a dog. Santa Clara is 1-5-1 ATS and hasn't covered at home yet.

Great pick, I'm on ML on this one... i'll be at the game too (to root against SCU of course).

Haha 20Five that's disturbing.

Glad to help you guys win some cash.

Great call on the moneyline badpokerplyr, wish I'd played it. I need to start playing some of the dogs I bet on the ML too, it just seems easier to take the points.

Heh, I actually added on to that ML late too... nothing like going to a game to motivate you to break all your betting rules. but great win, sounds like a lot of 2+2'ers were on it..

Man, SCU girls are hot. I went to the wrong school.

nice work again null. i must be raising an eyebrow w/ all these obscure NCAA games I am taking w/ my bookie. Took both Montana and San Diego. Overslept(yes, i woke up at 6:30PM EST, those damn poker players with horrible sleep schedule) and was unable to call in my wager for the Oklahoma State/Tennessee game. I loved Oklahoma State here.

w/ Null... 5-2 ytd.

badpokerplyr...I gotta stay away from your nba picks, lol. Granted Dallas and the Under 201 did come in. If I am in a bind on a game, I just come to this forum and look for what other 2+2ers like.

I gotta stay away from the trap games, especially the road favorites. Gonzaga and oklahoma were my two losing plays, otherwise a solid 9-2 today. I am slowly starting to believe that you cannot beat the book in the NBA, no matter how good you are at handicapping.

Null, where do you come up with these plays and handicapping in these obscure games? Do you have a "professional handicapper" or is it your own research?

Also, what websites are good in finding the latest trends, such as how a certain team does ATS. I remember I had one bookmarked in my laptop but my friend has formatted it and borrowed it somewhere in Chicago. What are some useful websites for line movements, injury reports, weather conditions, and trends. The only one I use is donbest.com. What are some other good websites for ATS trends? I am fairly new to this section of the forum so a bio by null would also be appreciated.

Since college basketball is my favorite sport to bet on, I decided to go the full nine this year, and post my plays. I also bought some books. The one I go to for info on obscure schools is the The Blue Ribbon 2005 College Basketball Yearbook. It's not gambling specific, it has info on all div 1 schools and is used by the media, coaches, etc. I also have some other sports gambling books.

To handicap games I use covers.com matchup pages alot, also blue ribbon, game notes, sports forums, a few other sites. Some of my plays I get from other forums posters but most I come up with myself.

Good sites for handicapping college basketball:
http://www.covers.com/sports/ncb/ncb_main.aspx
-also see matchup and team pages, check this and Donbest for injuries
http://tbeck.freeshell.org/bb/basketball.html
-Various power ratings tracked ATS
http://www.statfox.com/cbb/
-more matchup pages, lots of trends, although I'm not big on trends unless there's some reasoning behind them
http://www.cstv.com/teams/m-baskbl/scoreboards/all/all-scoreboard-day-main.html
-often the best place to get updated scores on obscure schools if they have a gametracker for the game
http://www.donbest.com/website/html/arenas/cbk/main.shtml
-scoreboard and injuries pages, trust the scores on a gambling site over the scores on yahoo (although they often seem to have the same feed)

Game notes for every game are available as PDFs on pretty much every school's men's basketball home page, they're prepared for the media and have lots of info (just keep in mind the source, they usually don't have much negative about the team)

if there was ever someone on 2+2 I would send an xmas gift to, it would be null.

Prodigy - sorry that you've had the bad fortune to follow my NBA. Predictably, i'm 6-1 since you posted that /images/graemlins/frown.gif
