I wouldn't bet turn (or river) for that matter. I like the semibluff on the flop though - I tend to make that play a lot with strong draws like that.

His flop calls means he has something he wants to stick around with so I would check to him and let him make the typical "1/4-1/3 I have 2nd pr but don't know how to play poker bet"

flop bet is fine. after that I would either check it or bet the pot. I mean this post-oak stuff doesn't work at these limits.
