Hand 1: Was my c-bet out of line here? turn check, fold weak?
Hand 2: I normally don't push AJo to an EP raiser, but I actually did have a read here. Guy had been very aggro w/ marginal hands and he had A7s here. But most importantly, my chip count was low and I needed to take a chance to double up.
Hand 3: Should I have bet at some point? Was the river call poor?
Hand 4: Same guy that open pushed A7s in hand 2. Weak to lay down a pocket pair here?
Hand 5: Let the flaming begin. UTG was a tight player who had not limped in EP at all. He instacalled w/ pocket Q's. In retrospect, I think this was a poor play b/c the overbet looks highly suspect and I only get called by a winning hand.

Comments and criticism appreciated.

I've been playing like ass lately, but here goes.

Hand 1. Looks ok to me. Maybe c-bet just a little more. 150 seems like a good bit more psychologically to me than 125, but maybe I'm nuts.

Hand 2. Ug. I think you can find a better spot than this. Read notwithstanding, A-J offsuit aint that great, you still have players behind you, and blinds aren't that high yet.

Hand 3. Looks ok. I probably wouldn't even have called the river bet. Maybe I'm too tight.

Hand 4. Best hope is a race. You have no fold equity. Good laydown.

Hand 5. I think your overbet screams bluff, but I'm not sure on how I would play this. Maybe some better players will weigh in.

Hand 1

I play it same

Hand 2

It sucks to have stack of 400, but you still have time to wait. AJo is a poor hand
to reraise with, even against aggro.

Hand 3

I usually just fold, but I don't think calling is that bad. You have good odds to catch a bluff.

Hand 4

If he would be pushing any two, this would be a call, but I don't think he's pushing total crap with 12xBB against 9xBB
so I would fold.

hand 5

I would actually play this hand the same way. Pretty much pot committed if you bet around half pot or more. check-folding would seem too weak.

1. CB is too large 1/3 pot at most, check fold turn is standard.
2. Too early for this, you still have 13BB and several players left to act.
3. River call is OK no reason to take a stab OOP since you have a showdown hand.
4. You can fold here, you have close to 10BB, unless you have a great read that villian is pushing with Ax Kx (where x is less than 7) and pairs <77, this is clearly a fold (it may be a fold anyway)
5. Your analysis is on, it is obvious you don't have a jack and there are two people in the hand who are calling with a jack or pocket pairs >99.

Grunching...

1. I probably bet 150 on the flop, but fine otherwise.

2. I fold knowing nothing about villain. But with your read, I don't mind the push. Normally, best case his range is probably A7+, KQ+, any pair. You're not in good shape against that spread.

3. I would have bet half the pot on the turn and checked/folded from there. I fold the river because you're likely splitting at best, and the pot is too small.

4. Given your read, I call instantly. I think I'd call or push most people here, except complete rocks.

5. From a tight player, the UTG limp scares me to death. Against anyone else, I prefer to check-raise all-in if I can maintain some fold equity.
