Say you are on the btn, and loose caller is in the BB. You have seen him call an allin with TJs for all his chips. So you know his is a loose caller, and will defend his BB with anything pretty. You both have stacks of 8~10 BB's, with blinds starting to get big.
What range of cards do you push from the btn into his bb?
