on the flop and the turn i put villain on a flushdraw... he was pretty donkish... then on the river realized that my 50$ bet committed me to the pot.... you can guess what his hand was.... in your opinion where should i buckle up and stop betting so much? was the flop/turn fine and just do lower on the river? opinions? thanks in advance

Aggression is fine. Slow down the turn, $8 is fine, then block the river with $15. Sucks to be OOP, but you have to try to get a cheap showdown here.

i like the flop bet and even the turn bet, maybe 10-12 instead of 15, but why in the world would you bet so big on the river? if he flopped the flush and was slowplaying your dead, and i just dont see you getting paid off by any hands that are worse than you

Flop and turn are nice; 1/2 block bet river.

If you bet smaller on the river, do you fold to his allin?
