So, what hand range are you putting villain on here?
Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t200 (5 handed) internettexasholdem.com (http://www.internettexasholdem.com)
MP (t3562)
Button (t2813)
SB (t835)
Hero (t980)
UTG (t1810)
Preflop: Hero is BB with 7/images/graemlins/heart.gif, A/images/graemlins/heart.gif.
2 folds, Button raises t2813 (allin), SB folds, HERO calls
FWIW, I would be compelled to call this too.

Villain: Top 50% or so.

Give us a read. It's a call pretty much regardless though.

This seems very standard to me. I believe A7o would be closer, but the suitedness adds more than you think.

Isnt this an easy call since you have less than 4x the bb?

This is an elementary call. If you fold here, you have no chance to beat the game for any reasonable amount.

Am I the only one running this through sngpt?

I haven't run it, but aganist any halfway decent players button range, A7o is an automatic call.

I haven't run it through sngpt, but I don't need to.
-You have a suited mid ace.
-You're in the bb with <4bb after posting.
-You will need to double up to make the money.
-The raiser is shoving a TON of hands.

Breakeven point for calling this seems to be: (23%) 22+,A2+,KJo+,K9s+,QJs
With no reads,
I think this is too tight. I still would not be suprised to see K5+, Q5+, J8+, any connector 65+, which seems to be pretty close to 50%
I don't like calling here, but I think you have to for reasons others have explained.

I generally call A7hearts and anything with the Ace of spades here, since its the prettiest card in the deck, but I'd fold A7d or A7c.
What I'm wondering is, how big would SB have to be before you could think about folding this? I'm not sure I could fold even if SB had 2800...
